Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our goal is to deliver measurable outcomes. The terms below clarify how cancellations and refunds are handled for Adsgrip’s digital services.
Scope
Adsgrip provides digital marketing, media buying, automation and analytics services. This policy applies to all projects, retainers, subscriptions, and one-time service engagements.
Cancellation
- Once a project has commenced or a campaign has gone live, cancellations are generally not permitted.
- For retainers or monthly subscriptions, you may request cancellation by emailing operations@adsgrip.com at least 30 days in advance of the next billing date.
- Any third-party commitments (ad credits, software seats, production bookings) already purchased on your behalf will be chargeable.
Refunds
- Given the nature of digital services, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered or work is initiated.
- Verified billing errors or duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Media spend paid to advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) is non-refundable and is governed by the respective platform’s policies.
