Shipping Policy
This policy explains how Adsgrip delivers digital services, dispatches invoices, and ships any physical goods or documents when required.
1) Digital Delivery (Default)
- Our services (campaign setup, creatives, reports, dashboards, automations) are delivered electronically via email, shared drives, analytics platforms, or project management tools.
- Access to third-party tools is shared securely using client-approved channels.
- Estimated delivery timelines are defined in your proposal/statement of work and depend on timely inputs and approvals from the client.
2) Invoices & Documentation Dispatch
- E-invoices: All invoices are sent by email to the registered billing contact immediately after generation.
- Physical copies (if requested or legally required): We can courier printed invoices, agreements, or compliance documents to your postal address. Courier charges may apply.
3) Physical Goods or Materials (If Required)
Although Adsgrip is a services company, in rare cases we may need to ship items (e.g., brand kits, storage media, signed documents, or devices procured on your behalf).
- Dispatch time: 2–3 business days after confirmation and receipt of applicable payments.
- Carriers: Reputed couriers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, DHL) with tracking where available.
- Delivery estimates: India: 3–7 working days. International: 7–21 working days (may vary by destination and customs).
- Shipping charges: Borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customs, duties, and taxes: For international shipments, all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. Failed/returned deliveries due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping charges.
- Damage or loss: If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours at support@adsgrip.com. We will raise a claim with the carrier and assist with a resolution as per the carrier’s policy.
- Undeliverable shipments: If a shipment is returned to us after attempted deliveries, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply) or hold for pickup.
4) Changes & Support
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The latest version will always be available at adsgrip.com/shipping-policy.html.
